purchase. You must contact us within 30 days of receiving product
by phone or in writing. We will want to know the reason for your
dis-satisfaction for the purpose of serving you and our future
customers better.
Product Disclaimer: You may have placed an order and your
product could have been discontinued or on back ordered.
Sometimes due to the season or our vendors decide to discontinue
an item without notice. Deschutes Gift Company does it best to keep
up to date with our vendors. Deschutes Gift Company will be in
contact with you either by phone or e-mail and will either refund your
money or offer another product which is similar to the product that
has been discontinued. We will let you make the final decision.

right to change out any product in a selected gift basket at equal or
more value due to product demand or item has been discontinued.

Large Orders: Orders of 10 or more will not be processed until we
confirm from our vendor to make sure they have sufficient stock to fill
your order. If you are having a golf tournament please give us
advance notice and order early to make sure we will able to fill your
order in time for your golf tournament.
Shipping: Deschutes Gift Company ships ground Fedex unless
otherwise requested. Shipping rate will be more and will be
confirmed via e-mail or phone. All orders are shipped FOB Bend,
Oregon. In some cases drops hipped from our golf vendors location.
